The Ducane would like to congratulate Ian Harris the first of our apprentice scheme candidates to pass his NVQ 1 and 2 at Colchester Institute, Ian has agreed to become part of the Ducane team Full time.
 
The Ducane is committed to supporting budding chefs and encourage application into our full time apprenticeship scheme offering supervised working experience with in a friendly and dedicate team whilst studying for a national qualification, support offered one on one key skills, basic food prep, hygiene training and other related topics.
